I'm new to the area and decided to try this spot. I'm glad I did. Audriana cut my hair and did such an amazing job. She expressed that she was new and takes her time cutting. But the conversation was great and she helped me out with some products. I will be going back to see her from now on.

To say the experience at the Salon was excellent is almost an understatement! I had the best cut and colour that I have ever had and the staff were all fabulous. I live in Toronto but now make my regular trips to Ottawa so that they coincide with when Lindsey is working. Lindsey worked miracles with my very fine, straight hair - kudos.

Im reading the previous review and I find that extremely hard to believe. They must have been a complicated bridal party. I personally had my prom hair done there, my entire bridal party and I have recommended ZuHair designs to several bridal parties and we have never had any issues. Should we have been unsatisfied he makes sure he takes the next step in order to rectify the situation. I'm so grateful that this salon was able to help me....They are wonderful here and boy do they know how to cut and colour hair!!! I was so impressed on how they FIXED my hair. Just because they are in a small town means nothing they are totally up to the current styles. Just beware, I had to go here to get my hair fixed because of another local Richmond salon!!! Sue's Hair Advantage is the best in town!!!

Sam is a very skilled hair stylist. For those who have fine hair and need to find a hair stylist that can provide a haircut that works with fine or thin hair, Sam has done a phenomenal job with mine. I had gone to several different hair stylist with poor results, until Sam cut it. The cut he provided immediately proved successful and I was able to easily style my hair and it looked really good. I have not been disappointed.

I had the best experience today. I’m very picky about my hair, but Curtis was absolutely wonderful and exceeded my expectations! He was accommodating (I went to the appointment with my 6months old baby) friendly, and also very on-trend. I absolutely loved the results and will definitely be coming back!
