Sarah is a Royal Conservatory of Music certified teacher. She has been playing piano since the age of seven and has over thirty years teaching experience.
Sarah loves to share her enthusiasm and passion for music. She has a very balanced approach to teaching, and uses a basic structure of learning while keeping lessons relaxed, flexible and fun. She enjoys getting to know each student, and tailors their musical journey to suit their interests. She believes the goal of lessons is to help each student appreciate and love many types of music and become skilled music makers.
Sarah’s studio in Paradise has been operating since 2005, and has seen many students reach this goal. She would love to take you on this exciting, fun journey of learning!

She is happy to provide a studio setting that is warm and welcoming, while continuing to set the standard for dance education in Conception Bay North.CDS provides programs for recreational dancers as well as those seeking more intensive training who may be interested in pursuing dance as a possible career. CDS offers an Examination Program with the Imperial Society for Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) in Jazz, Modern Theatre and Tap, and is proud to have a record of extremely high standard Exam results. In 2009 CDS established a successful Cecchetti Ballet Exam Program, headed by Ms. Sandra Blackmore, L.I.S.T.D (CSC).We are happy to offer a diverse curriculum for our students, providing opportunities for dancers to achieve well rounded dance education and technical strengths.
