Dr. Russ Brown and Dr Cherice Chant opened their Optometry practice on Parkedale Avenue in 2002. Ten years later we had outgrown that location and moved to the present location on Waltham Road. Dr. Heather Marriott joined the practice in 2012. Optometrists are the primary healthcare provider for vision and eye health concerns. Optometrists have completed a Bachelor’s Degree before completing their Doctorate of Optometry degree. This is an additional four years of study consisting of classroom and clinical education. In 2010 Thea Sanders and Danah Raymondo, two alumni dancers from the Joanne Whittaker School of Dance re-opened the studio as JWSD - Evolution. Now in their 5th year, the studio has over 25 classes a week in multiple different dance styles. From 3 years to and up we have something fun for everyone!
