I see clients of all ages - children through to adults, for a variety of mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and relationship problems. I bring a holistic health and wellness approach to my counselling practice emphasizing self-care that promotes coping and healthier ways of being. I also have a background in health education and can facilitate corporate information sessions and workshops in the area of mental health, stress management, coping, and general health and wellness. I would be happy to create and tailor a workshop around the specific needs of your workplace. Whether it’s individual counselling for personal stressors, or a workshop on stress management for the office, I’m looking forward to working with you.
