I help people with deep unhappiness, relationship difficulties, family issues, traumatic experiences, chronic pain, and many other physical and emotional symptoms. I am trained in Mind-Body Attunement Therapy, EMDR and as a Circle of Security Parent Program facilitator. I specializes in attachment based therapies for trauma, anxiety, depression and chronic pain. I have experience working with children with diverse abilities, parents and siblings. I can provide parent coaching, health and wellness counselling, chronic pain therapy, and grief counselling.
