Staff is amazing, my first time dealing with them I was definitely not the best customer with the best attitude, but the staff stayed very professional and powered through my horrible attitude and words and still gave me amazing service, been coming back ever since and never once treated less than amazing, today I went in with destroyed glasses and they went to great lengths to get my sight back and gave me a phenomenal deal on a temporary solution, I would definitely recommend these guys

Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle. Complete recovery (exceeded expectations) and can't say enough!

I have been going here for a long time. Last year my 13 year old daughter was pulling something in her leg every time she jumped just 3 weeks before volleyball nationals. We had just two sessions and he had her playing better and stronger than she had all year. I strongly recommend Pugi for kids in sports or even if your child has major growth spurts. ( my daughters is 5'11") It will make a huge difference!

Tropical Pool & Spa continues to be an amazing company to work with. We bought a wood stove from them 3 years ago which they installed for us as well. We absolutely love that purchase and appreciate their advice on changing the location. This year we were in desperate need of assistance to move a hot tub. Tropical Pool & Spa were very professional, efficient, and knowledgable. They went above and beyond ensuring the move went smoothly. They're the best in the business!

The lunch menu was exceptional. The home made sandwich that I ordered was second to non around Prince George. This business is well run with a very friendly atmosphere.
Improvement needed:
When I ate there it seemed busy and service could have been a little bit speedier. Business owner may need to create a more effcient process for preparing food.
