You seriously can’t go wrong paying a visit to Bicycles Plus. The staff are all polite and beyond friendly, and they treat everyone the same. I’ve only ever dealt with the parts/service side, never bought a bike from them, but both “camps” know their stuff very, very well. The one mechanic, I think his name is Nigel, he can diagnose a bike from 40’ away blindfolded. Great prices too, bought brake pads recently, they were half the price per set (front/back) compared to Canadian Tire.

My daughter recently had problems with her wedding dress bought at another salon with not so good service. After taking the dress from the other salon, as we felt we could not trust them to alter it correctly, we contacted Sally at Bliss who directed us to Cindy's Alterations but after meeting with Cindy it seemed that the dress could not be altered so we ended back with Sally to buy a second dress. Sally was so caring she realized how difficult this situation was for us. She spent lots of time with my daughter even though it was past closing time. We ended up with a second dress. The next day my daughter decided to go back to Cindy's to see if we could look at the first dress again and Cindy was able to come up with a solution. I called Sally to see if I could return the second dress and she was amazing, it was absolutey no problem. If only we'd gone to Bliss in the first place our experience would have been so much better - Thank you Sally you salvaged what seemed to be a hopeless situation. Joan Bell
