I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. Ive watched this store grow bigger and bigger for the last 20 years plus. Under these current difficult times the staff, though strained and thinner does its best to help.Its clean enough for safety and well stocked. Unfortunately, like every other store in Orangeville, paper products are limited to none in a store that usually has everything...I recently ordered toilette paper and napkins online for pick up. You may have to wait a week to pick orders up or, can have them delivered...Carol T.
