All our beef and lamb must have been born, raised, finished, slaughtered, hung, cut and packed within the bounds of Dartmoor National Park on one of our members farms; we can tell you exactly where each animal has come from.The Dartmoor Farmers Association has very high animal welfare, environmental and sustainability standards. Our beef is hung for 21 days to ensure the best flavour. All our meat is butchered by our Master butchers to the highest of standards. We offer both a beef and lamb box delivery service as well as a bespoke, personalised service for both trade and retail customers.
