Roy at Avis in Kingston Ontario provided some of the best customer service that I have experienced in ages. My travel reservation agent booked the wrong Kingston location and the wrong drop off location. When Roy realized this, he came and picked me up at the incorrect location, drove me back to my meetings, and then personally went and found a vehicle that would meet my needs, and dropped it to my work to make it easier for me to depart on time. It was very nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Gave us lots of info on things to do and the best restaurants. The room was very clean and everything in it seemed to be brand new.
