Ive be been a loyal customer since day one because of their impeccable service. Both friendly and accommodating to my needs as a single mother, they are always there when I need them. I have grown to know the staff so much that I trust them with getting my kids to school on days when I need them. If there is a high volume of calls they always inform me of the wait time and if its too long they offer to find me another cab so my needs are being met. The only company to not let me down. Haven't used a taxi in years but had to use twice today. Booked in advance. Dispatcher was nice to deal with. Drivers arrived on time. Cab was decent. Drivers were pleasant and friendly. Paid cash and got seniors discount. Overall, I am pleased with Deluxe Taxi.
