Laptop stopped working when I needed it most. Brought it in thinking the worst, they managed to get everything off the hard drive despite it being a write off and set me up with a great laptop, made sure the new laptop was protected and ready to go. They went above and beyond, staying a few minutes after close just to make sure I was set. Amazing customer service, got me taken care of in a few hours instead of days! Cannot recommend enough, you will not get this level of service from box stores!

I took a t440 to him that had problems (4 bleeps etc). They looked it over for free, told me the possible price, and fixed it. Also advised putting in a solid state HD which was a great idea. Im writing this a year later. They are honest, competent, friendly and professional. Answered all my qq. I will go back to them. In comparison a Westdale shop I phoned, before Dr. Dan, was so rude after I asked a couple of qq. about what they were going to do that I decided never to try the other shop.

I purchased my cell phone there, a month later I came in to have the phone updated and reconfigured. Selena(I hope I have the name right) was in electronics, she was knowledgeable, patient with me and my questions, helped me and answered questions from other customers . Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge.
