We are a Christian faith-based social service agency with a focus on serving those who struggle with poverty and homelessness; men, women and children. Dr. Destun has been working as a psychologist in private practice in London, Ontario since 1999. She and her associates are registered doctoral level clinical psychologists, meaning that they possess a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology, and are registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. They are trained and experienced in providing psychotherapy to help individuals and couples to overcome problematic patterns of thought and behaviour in order to live happier more fulfilling lives. Dr. Destun's practice is geared toward a wide range of presenting problems, such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, couple therapy, chronic pain and personal growth. Each psychologist within the practice has their own unique approach to therapy, as well as their own areas of particular interest. We provide insight-oriented, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to both adults and children.
