Ce projet vise la conservation du patrimoine agricole québécois et d'offrir la fraîcheur et la couleur dans nos Paniers, provenant de la bio-diversité d'ici. Nous cultivons 50 types de fruits, légumes et fines herbes que nous apprêtons de différentes manières pour relever la saveur de nos assiettes! Plusieurs de nos variétés sont ancestrales, sélectionnées pour leur saveur unique et leur rusticité.
