Re/Max Ocean Pacific Realty opened its doors for business January 13, 1987. It was formed by four top producing sales associates who wanted to provide a real estate environment that would allow sales associates to be the best they could be. In 1998 at the Re/Max Western Canada Awards conference Jim and Dave were recognized as Broker Owners of the Year in Western Canada (single office category). In 2001 at the Re/Max International Convention the office was recognized as top office in number of closed transactions (small market) for Re/Max International. The office supports the Children's Miracle Network as its official charity. Every year during the spring, the sales associates donate a part of each commission to CMN which goes directly to Children's Hospital support for our area. We also have the Re/Max Christmas fill a dream program. This program provides support for worthy members of the community that need a helping hand and seem to fall through the cracks of most of the other programs. The office commitment for community support is to youth minor sports and seniors.
