We had them come out and do a job and 2 weeks later it did not work. On the long weekend Sunday I talked to Tammy the call lady she totally awesome and wanted to help, I was very impressed with her! The next day Frank came out he looked at the job it was a septic pump problem what they can not fix. He was very professional and explained it to me they refunded me all my money without me asking. The Gentlemen Plumbers made a mistake and totally stepped up to the plate. I would totally use them!

I’m a reacurring customer and I had a problem with the some of the employees not compensating me for food that I had paid for, which was only 3 dollars so I was a little annoyed they were being so reluctant so I called and explained to the manager what happend and he gave me 25 dollars towards the restaurant! I thought that was amazing since I insisted that I just wanted them to know I was upset by it. Always been very happy with how we are treated here!
