The store and owner are amazing! The store features hand made clothing and jewelry, and quite a variety of crafting items, including high quality yarns and hooks/needles. Just by looking at the store, you can tell the owner really cares about her business and the customers. Even if she doesn't carry an item, she'll do her best to get it for you. It's really nice to have a local option for crafting supplies, instead of going to Huntsville, Sundridge, or North Bay.

Few years ago I bought a laptop with the help of Best Buy Express in Collingwood. THe staff was knowleagable, not pushing for purchae. Today I visited the store with some software issue of the laptop. I have good knowledge about microsoft PCs but was not able to resolve the issue, which was "the build in microphone was not working. Tha laptop had no warrantee but the young man resolved the problem free of charge and within a few minutes.
