Outstanding friendly and professional customer service and product knowledge! I first went to BBR to visit their free turntable clinic with an old turntable that I had. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to make some repairs and adjustments to my turntable. When it was finally time for an upgrade, I knew exactly where I wanted to go.
