Island Waterwise Irrigation was incorporated in February of 2009. Owner Mike Isacson had been working in some of south Vancouver Island's finest gardens since 1995 (including that of the late, great John Trelawny and his wife Ruth in North Saanich). He began operating his own gardening and landscaping business in 1996. Over the years, he increasingly dedicated himself to the study of efficient irrigation practices, and is now one of BC?s most highly certified irrigation professionals. He also teaches irrigation classes for both The Horticulture Centre of the Pacific and the CRD. To ac as a liaison between the sexually assaulted and/or battered victim, community services and the legal and medical system. 4. To be an educational force for progressive changes in attitudes, laws, institutional procedures dealing with violence against victims and children. 5. To work for the prevention of sexual assault, battering, and child sexual abuse/incest.
