We ordered the Beef tenderloin crostini, pork belly, baby back ribs, and black cod. The pork belly was the crispest and least fatty that I've ever had, it was spectacular. The flavors on the crostini were very good, the cherry chutney and dijon aioli went very well together. And the ribs... much better than any I've had at a Ribfest. My GF said the black cod was the tastiest fish she had ever had. The ambiance is nice cottage country, the dining room intimate with only four tables. A definite repeat!.

I went in on December 13 2024 and got a filling and tooth extraction. The dentist and assistant were very good. Pleasant and made me relaxed.I would recommend Stirling Dental to people. I didn't get the Dentists name but a younger woman.

I have travelled to several of Donna's workshops from scenic locations throughout Ontario to medieval towns in the south of France. Her experience as an educator shines through in her dedication to lesson planning for each of her sessions. You get true value attending her classes!
