Charles Andersen, a North Vancouver businessman, is the founder of the Canadian Overseas Group of companies. Areas of operation include the BC Coast and Interior, US Pacific Northwest (including Alaska), and Asia.

Since opening the first Terminal Forest Products sawmill in the early 1960's, there have been many changes in the forestry industry.
