They have the best warranty on their frames you can find anywhere. They replaced my kids broken glasses handles and a entire frame that our dog chewed without charging us. Ive been going to this Dennys for a decade, so aside from staff who come and go, I know the key people, and of course that means I likely get more personalized service than would a newcomer. But a lot of locals patronize this diner regularly. It is super busy on weekends, so as Yogi Berra famously said, Oh, nobody goes there any more--its too crowded!
When a restaurant is crowded, thats a good sign. People dont crowd into a restaurant whose atmosphere, food, and service is second rate.
