My daughters 2008 Honda Civic broke down on her way out of the city camping. We had it towed into London Honda thinking the worst - a transmission. They estimated it quickly, reached out to us to get approval and had it fixed within 24 hours for a minor problem. They also road tested it afterwards to make sure it fixed the problem. The service advisor, Jim, was amazing. We definitely had a great experience and will be back. Thank-you!

I have had nothing but good experiences with this dealership. We bought two vehicles in two weeks because we were so impressed with the service the first time that we came back to buy our other vehicle. I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. Jacob and the Leavens staff far surpassed any recommendation I could've expected from a close friend even. I really felt like family.
