I got the lucky hand of getting Esper as my sales person, he was understanding of what i wanted. Esper Didn’t try to up sell me on different new cars and didn’t pressure me into signing onto a car. First thing he did was give me his pen and let me know this was my decision to sign. Amina helped me with understanding all the paperwork and made sure that there was no questions left unanswered. I bought a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted a loaded one with big wheels. My salesman, Veer, found a Jeep at another dealership. We went through the specifications together and he told me it had 20 inch wheels. I ordered the car and it arrived 2 days later. When I drove it home, I checked and the wheels were only 18 inches. Veer said that the package could come with either 20 or 18, and that was all he could do.
