We wanted to switch off from Kia not because of the brand, which we loved, but because of the mediocre customer service. Tried Kingscross Hyundai for the nice reviews and now I can attest the dealership really lives up to its reputation. Nina Dagdag was our salesperson and I cannot recommend her enough. Amazing service. I had trouble with DPF/SCR aftertreatment system in my D13 VNL780. Diagnosed in no minutes, fixed same day. All parts sourced from Volvo, all diagnostics done with legal, connected to Volvo database computer. Had my ECU updated to 2022 flash for free! Had also issue with fuel tank leveling (was driving on one tank only), ignition problems. The guys diagnosed, fixed all the problems same day. Volvo would charge me 3 times more than you may see on my attached invoice I paid.

I have been a customer for as long as I can remember,perhaps since 1975. I actually straight for about a year when I purchased a used Pontiac and had more trips to Service than I had with Honda combined --needless to say, I brought that (low milege) Pontiac and traded in for another HONDA. Have not regreted ever!

In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. The service advisor had one of the service technicians, who races, come out to talk with me and my son prior to a visit to Shannonville Motorsport Park.
