Just had a consultation with Erik about repairing some kitchen cabinetry and he was very helpful, very honest and definitely knowledgeable. Ultimately the job wasn't worth doing (a minor repair that would be expensive no matter where we went) and he knew that ... so instead of selling us on his services to make a buck, he gave us real-world advice on how to correct the issue and make our kitchen look great again, without breaking the bank. I had the most amazing service ever and a large box store. There aren't enough character spaces in the small space to tell you how appreciative and grateful I was for the exceptional service at the Chinook store in Calgary - There was a customer service rep that helped me whose name was Paul and another customer service rep who was very helpful who I don't know his name plus the two guys that help me carry and load an awkward huge window .
