In 1985, Eugene's son George, purchased the company and expanded the business to include finishing hardware, framing materials, power tools and the Ace Hardware line of paint. In 2005, Dave Jackson became part owner of the company. Together George and Dave bring a combination of 65 years' experience in the industry to the company.
