Internationally award winning cake designer Lisa Bugeja started Flour Confections in 2004 designing wedding & event cakes for the Toronto area. Five years later, Lisa envisioned a need for a specialty cake decorating supply source in the East end of the city. So in 2009; laying roots in Pickering, Ontario; Lisa's husband Scott Bradley joined Flour Confections Inc. and they opened its doors to the cake decorating community. Four years later, Flour Confections Inc. has grown to a new retail location, a new warehouse, a staff of 12, a global reach and nearly 2500 products (and growing!) while still maintaining its local roots and small business approach.
