Conestoga Contracting came to my house for a spring clean up. I was so pleased with their knowledge and professional services. Its the most detailed fine spring clean up Ive had at my home. I live on 6 acres and have not been able to keep up with the maintenance. I contracted them to continue with the summer and fall maintenance and have not one complaint. I also had a few large trees on my lane way that I wanted cut down, the owner came out to look at them himself and had the job completed that week. Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week.
