Amie graduated from the Dental Hygiene Diploma program in 2003 from The Canadian Institute of Dental Hygiene located in Hamilton, Ontario. Amie received notification from the National Dental Hygiene Certification Board in June of 2003 and began clinical Dental Hygiene practice with her father (late) Dr. R.W. Banting. In March of 2006 Amie graduated from the Restorative Dental Hygiene program with an honors designation at George Brown College in Toronto, Ontario.
