This clinic was so friendly and is doing their absolute best given the COVID situation. We did have to wait a while for our test but they are dealing with patients coming from all over york region while still handling their regular clinic work. The doctor was so sweet and kind. I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. No matter who you deal with there, I've always gotten prompt, knowledgeable service and a friendly smile. Kudos to all the staff!

I have used this service on many occasions and have had awesome luck in finding telephone # for people and addresses etc. It is fairly easy to navigate and very clear and concise. The best feature is showing the actual location in map form when you look for someone. It is great and fast.

I have been going there for years now . . . and I am probably one of the more fussy customers . . . they are excellent in every way and fill out my 3 month prescriptions with efficiency.
