Recently we had say goodbye to our elderly dog. It was a heart crushing process. The team at HVH, accommodated our needs which is difficult due to covid restrictions. Afterwards Andrea called us to make sure our family were ok. They sent us a card with our dogs paw prints. We’ve been using Hastings Vet for 8 years. The team have always gone above and beyond. The entire staff at Trenton Pet Hospital are amazing. I called with a pet emergency as my normal vet could not fit us in. They got us in right away and were all so kind. Dr. Jinni diagnosed our dog and got him set up immediately with a treatment plan. I am happy to report our 15 year dog is as good as new. Dr. Jinni even called us two days later to see how our dog was doing. The service they provide is the absolute best.

Staff are friendly and efficient. Clinic is always clean and staff always present in a professional matter. Staff were more than pleased to take my calls and update me as to the status of my pets health thru out the day while he had surgery. Rates are the best I have found within a 25 km radius of Kingston. I have brought my Great Dane Duke to Bath since he came into my family, and wont take him anywhere else!
