We are a community of gymnasts of all ages and abilities, volunteers, coaches, and staff.Our focus is on providing, positive gymnastics experiences and promoting the benefits of gymnastics as a foundation for human movement, sport, health and enjoyment. Gymnastics is the foundation for all sports. Study after study confirm that children involoved in gymnastics, are more likely to avoid drugs, score higher on achievement tests, stay in school, have greater self esteems, and live healthier lifestyles. The children who participate in gymnastics not only learn motor development, but interpersonal relationships, skills, perserverance, discipline, commitment, persepectivie, teamwork, selfesteem and leadership.In addition to gymnastics we also offer the sport of Trampoline and Tumbling.
