I purchased several appliances from them in the last two years. They all work fine except that the freeze of the fridge, which I recently purchased, was not working. I contacted Peter, and he replaced the fridge with a working one as soon as could despite his super busy schedule. I am very happy with their services. All appliance pick ups are facilitated through Trail's Annacis Warehouse adjacent to the Clearance Centre. Customer pickup entrance is at door 6.
Once your goods have left our facility, Trail will not accept any claims of damage.
