I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. They were incredibly efficient in expediting in getting a new Bertazzoni steam oven installation. The oven’s pump quit shortly after purchase. We had bought from a different vender, but had problems getting repairs. Once Genier’s took over, it was handled so professionally. They had called several times to check on our progress. Wish we had bought from them in the first place.

Think the person who gave you only one star must have been playing an April fools joke-letter written April 1. I have always found your prices quite competitive and sales staff available and willing to assist. The store is also usually clean and tidy. I definitely will continue to shop here.

Was very impressed with this business. The salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Had it delivered from Penticton to our home in Oliver. They phoned the morning of delivery and gave a two hour window for delivery and they were definitely on time. The 2 gentlemen were wonderful. Very polite, efficient, and polite. If I need another appliance I would go to this store first. Free delivery and take away of old product was definitely a bonus to us.
