We are Calgary's primary Welding Test Centre. Calgary Welding Test Centre is going to make the aggravation of welder testing a thing of the past, Come to us to keep things more efficient at your welding facility by allowing us to test you and not use up the Shop Supervisor's time, not stop production, and avoiding the time and expense of making up the welding coupons. We offer the following services:
· A Test Centre operating 1 day a week for testing with a CWB representative.
· Twelve welding booths with all the machinery necessary for testing.
· We supply the coupons and Look after the coupon testing (bending or
radiography).
· Making it easier to just send over one welder for testing.
· You can even Test a potential employee before they are even on the payroll.
Ecosse welding was established in 1979. Ecosse welding is a fully certified operation through the Canadian Welding Bureau and ABSA with 20 full time welders on staff. Ecosse welding specializes in oilfield package fabrication and structural steel with shop and field services. Ecosse welding operates the Calgary welder test centre which performs a CWB welder performance qualification testing session every Wednesday year round.
RollFab Industries in Calgary was incorporated in 2007. Since that time we have seen a small company that started with 1 employee and 2500 square feet of fabrication space, grow to its current 27 employees and 25,000 square feet of fabrication space. Our facility is CWB certified as well as having a Certificate of Authorization issued by ABSA. This allows us to work on many different types of projects. i.e. process pipe, spools, skid packages, structural projects and custom fabrication.
