The first contractor was fixing squeaky floors when he found water damage on the sides of the patio doors. Fortunaterly it hadn't got into the joists. He referred me to KD&W.
Lance came out to find a solution to stop the leaks. His assessment was that it wasn't the patio doors but the vinyl decking installed 2 years prior. He gave the solution to the first contractor, who is now waiting for warm weather.

I have used this company for 4 ir 5 years now to clean my bi-level external windows. We are seniors and just cant climb as easily anymore. The students who come to do the work are always dressed nice, friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable which is a plus.

Went in with a boat windshield to see if they could remount the glass. They took it in fixed it right up went to pay said no charge. This is now the only place that I will deal with. I have gotten windshield from them an they were great then as well. Thank you so much
