My SUV back window was vandalized and severely cracked. The wind over the weekend had blown most of the glass into my vehicle. I called other places but no one could get me in as quickly as Mr Auto Glass, plus their rating was high. they filed my MPI claim, installed new back window and cleaned inside of the vehicle. it was a hassle free experience. My vehicle had been vandalized and brought to All Star Collision to have it repaired.
The quality of work was excellent and the staff was friendly, helpful courteous as well as knowledgeable. I received a loaner while I waited for the repair of my vehicle (despite not having the MPI insurance for loss of vehicle).
The only reason it did not receive a 5 out of 5 was they were a little vague on timelines and it took longer than expected.
Overall it was a great experience.
