Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. What a great experience the sales lady Sammie was such a great help very polite I didn't even by my phone through her she installed my screen saver plus case & even installed my sim card for me not to mention advising me what accessories I needed that didn't come with my new phone I highly recommend this store & especially the sales lady Sammie what a great experience........
