Passing through today with my wife and daughter, hungry so we stopped in. Service was prompt, and actually involved 3 people! I had the pickerel platter (had to prevent myself from saying "It's actually called walleye!"), wife had poutine, and daughter had the soup of the day, hamburger vegetable, and chicken burger. All agreed that it was good. Decor was interesting, and washrooms were very clean. Jake's is currently up for sale; it will be interesting to see what happens here, as the place seems to be a bit of an institution, having been run by the same ownership since 1969.

Dustin and his crew installed soffits, fascia, eaves and capped around the garage doors on our home in Nov 2022, all while dealing with some pretty cold weather. Dustin and his crew are polite, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They take ownership and care about the work they perform. Quality work from quality people. Highly recommended!!
