I rented a Dodge Journey from these guys for 4 days. I went to Value because I have a friend who rents from them about once a year. They remembered him. Delivered our spa on time and as promised AND have been quick with the turn around on warranty work. PLUS an incredibly knowledgeable woman doing their water testing. The customer service department was very polite to me, when I was asking for the prices of Oreo's they had to call me back. My phone then decided to disconnect, therefore leaving me with no service. Once I had my service up again, I recalled, and got the same person to answer the phone. He had responded very politely, and respectfully. 5/5 stars for sure :)
