Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. Thanks to Sue's efforts we will continue to shop at Rona.

The staff is very good. They really care about the patients. It's sometimes hard to get in for an appointment with wait times on average 2 weeks. But if possible they do their best to squeeze you in much sooner if not the same day. They have a wide variety of activities going on in the center every day. It makes the place seem friendlier. This also allows for everyone to get involved. The programs for kids are excellent!!!!! Good work NKHC STAFF AND DOCTORS!

I had the pleasure of having an associate named Heather assist me. I had to return 2 products that were spoiled..I did not have my receipt. I called the 1-800 No Frills help line, and they told me it was at the discretion of the store if I could get it replaced, without additional cost....Heather was exceptional.
