The people at the Evans and Kipling location are very friendly and helpful. I spoke with a young lady on the phone to speak about my reservation and she was knowledgeable and made good suggestions.
When I was unable to get my USB 12V charger to function properly she located one for me to use temporarily. Only drawback was some trash was found in the compartments.

Once again experience & professional staff yield real dividends. We had our winter tires installed yesterday and prior to doing so we enquired about the life expectancy of winter tires since we have been using the same winter tires for 5 years .Based on the miles driven and the manner in which the tires are stored during the summer (Xtreme Tire)we were assured that all was in order. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
