They were very responsive and had our Zimbra migrated to Office 365 with our 50 accounts in 3 day's. We had other companies give us 4 weeks minimum for the transition. Also we had like zero down time for the transition of email, my boss was really impressed with that. Calling the store by phone was not the greatest but going into the store is pretty great. I been there lots and always had great service and the people are knowledgeable on what they sell, they usually have what I am looking for. One time one of the sales people went far beyond what he had to when I bought a wi-fi extender. He spent 20 minutes explaining everything to me that I did not understand and when I asked if I could call him when I set this up in my house he gave me his personal number.

I have been calling every heating company that I could find to come and fix my furnace as I have no heat and small children. I called these guys and they didn't hesitate to come and resolve my heating problem. The gentleman who came to our house was very polite and knowledgeable.
