First experience excellent, second experience excellent as. I have a major problem from getting my teeth done in Mexico. Scott is taking the time to find me my options. He also suggested having someone close to me to come to this consultation as it’s a life changing decision. Which he’s going over and above and staying after they are closed to give me the information and options. So very accommodating! The staff are friendly, nice down to earth people as well. Total Control Security offerd me the best quality in their service with online tech support and the best quality equipment. They refuse to use nothing but the best as levi will state. The quality in their cameras was unreal when i seen them up and running.
Total control has unbelieveable pricing in there quality of their system. They may not have beat every price out there but they did beat the quality and service comeback then anyone else out there in the security business. For the quotes i was given Total control Security was right in the middle. But once i compared the quality and pricing Total Control was by far the best .
When I had a meeting with them they put on an amazing DEMO which none of the other companys had to offer. I was very impressed with this as they gave us a good over view of what the systems were capable of doing. And made it easier for me to decide what i wanted out of their service.
Total Control is also very fast and supportive of their service work. When i had an issue with something to do with their system they were on top of it immediately wheather they needed to come to the address or they could deal with it over the phone.
The staff was hard working and what i like the most about them was they were very clean and never left a mess behind while working on my property. If was left they way it was before they started. No wires or hardware was ever visible. WHich makes it neat and tidy.
