IT WAS BACK IN 2012 WHEN THE JUBY FAMILY DECIDED TO OPEN A RESTAURANT OF THEIR OWN. The concept came first; a pizza experience unlike any other, a bourbon street vibe, and above all else a family friendly environment. Location hunting followed; and we stumbled across this building by chance. The tin ceilings and the four green beams were all that were here when we began our battle. We strived for a cozy vibe and all fixtures throughout the restaurant are handcrafted and constructed by the owners. We needed something to separate ourselves from the rest, and that is to; provide the finest ingredients, friendliest service, inviting atmosphere and affordable prices. Over twenty-five years of experience is what guarantees that this restaurant is not your typical pizzeria.
