After completing her BA in Psychology from U of A in 2008 with distinction Catherine decided to pursue her passion for health by enrolling in the online Holistic Health Practice diploma program out of the American College of Health Sciences (ACHS) in Portland Oregon. While taking these classes and seeing firsthand the differences holistic health made in her own life Catherine was inspired to expand her knowledge and therefore took courses in Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, and Muscle Response Testing to name a few.
