Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. Very professional and competent service at a fair price. The staff are also very courteous, humble, and caring. They completely restored by dented frame, it is now as good as new.
