TTES Consulting Inc. was formed by Jeff & April Tait in April of 2007. This company is the incorporated version of TTES Consulting which was operated part time by Jeff & April from September 2004 until the incorporation in 2007. TTES Consulting Inc. currently employs 7 Engineering Technologists, 1 Engineer-in-Training, 1 Safety and Operations Manager, 1 Radiation Safety Officer, 1 Repair & Installation Technician, 2 Students, 2 Office Personnel and other support staff.

New Rosedale Feedmill is owned and operated by New Rosedale Huterite Colony 1944. The feed mill was built in 1998 for on farm feed manufacturing only but demand for feed off farm grew rapidly. New Rosedale made the decision to go commercial, applied for commercial ANAC member and got accepted.Growth continued every year and it soon came apparent that a separate premix plant would have to be built. Building for premix was built in 2002 and premix plant in 2003.
