Pam is one of your service representatives and honestly the world needs more people just like her in it. I lost my D/L and forgot my bank card. I went outside to transfer money to my daughter’s acct and pay with her card, but Pam came out and told me to come inside. She secretly paid for it herself. All of the staff are amazing!! last time we were in St. Albert my father had been looking for a part for his bike for ages, he couldnt find it anywhere. I stopped in explained what it was and what he was looking for they checked there list and found the part! Now my dad has been able to get his bike up and running, now lets see if he remembers how to ride!
